1. The service

Primex ("the Service") is an AI-powered study tool for specialist medical examinations. It is operated by Primex Study ABN 41 535 231 642. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to ANZCA, CICM, RACP, RACS, ACEM, RACGP, or any other medical college.

2. Not medical or exam advice

Content generated by Primex is for educational and study purposes only. AI-generated answers, grades, and feedback are approximations and should not be treated as official examiner opinions, marking guides, or guarantees of exam performance. Always refer to your college's official curriculum and published marking criteria.

3. Accounts and access

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account is for one person — sharing access codes or credentials is not permitted.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. All plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; email us if you have concerns.

5. Your content

Answers you write and data you enter remain yours. We do not sell your data. If you opt in to the community feed, your shared answers are visible to other users in anonymised form. You can stop sharing at any time.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to share exam content that is under copyright or NDA, misrepresent AI-generated content as your own in formal assessments, or attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute the Service.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uptime. We may update features, pricing, or these terms. Material changes to pricing or terms will be communicated by email with at least 14 days' notice.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Primex Medical is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including exam outcomes.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
